Multi-location practice seeking full or part-time Associate Dentist with Buy-In OPPORTUNITY!

3 Beautiful offices needing of a full time or part time dentist. We are able to accommodate. Dr. Jaeger owns three locations. Valley Falls Dental, Mclouth Family Dental, and Tonganoxie Family Dentistry. We are needing a Dentist to possibly be at the Valley Falls location a couple days a week and the remaining will be up for discussion for the other locations. This position has the flexibility of a 3 or 5 day work week. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Experience and interest in oral surgery, implants, endodontics, and pediatrics are beneficial but not required. Wonderful Staff that has been at each office for years and large patient volume. Salary structure includes daily base salary or % of collections.

Duties:

– Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients of all ages
– Provide comprehensive dental care including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures
– Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care
– Create treatment plans and discuss them with patients
– Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
– Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient care
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic dental software systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft

Experience:

– Must have a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
– Valid state dental license to practice dentistry
– Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
– Proficient in using dental software systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
– Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
