Seeking Full-Time Associate Dentist/Future Partner – Wamego, KS
Description: Our office is seeking a full-time associate dentist to join our practice 4 days/week.
Our senior associate doctor, who has over 2,500 patients, is retiring after over 35 years practicing at this office. There will be no shortage of established patients for the new doctor and he/she will be busy from day 1.
We are seeking a caring, quality-oriented doctor who values building relationships with patients. This position would start as an associateship, but there would be a buy-in/partnership track option.
Our 8 operatory, 3,600 sq/ft office is fully digital with Dentrix software and has CEREC intraoral scanning, endo, implants, and laser technology. Come work with experienced staff in a fun environment that focuses on teamwork. The associate will have full practicing and treatment planning autonomy and mentorship will be available in both clinical and management fields. New graduates are welcome to apply. Wamego is a thriving and growing community and is also well situated close to Manhattan and Topeka.
Compensation is based on collections with a minimum daily base salary to start. CE stipend and Kansas Dental Licensure dues will be provided. Anticipated annual salary is $250,000 – $300,000+
