We are looking for an associate who is inspired to work for a practice that delivers all dental procedures. This means our associate would receive training in implant placement, implant restorations, sleep apnea and orthodontic training if not already skilled in these areas. In addition our doctors are delivering complex care treatment for full mouth restorations. Because you would be an expertise in all aspects of dentistry, external referrals are minimized. We are looking for someone who is challenged to become highly skilled in all aspects of dentistry. Our practice is recognized by the community as a practice that provides high quality dental care. Our patients by survey are loyal to our practice because they are well cared for as a dental patient as well as an individual. As an associate you would create your own patient base and build a rapport with your patients.
While we are a larger than average practice, our patients do not perceive that because they are seen by the same dentist and their preferred hygienist with their visits. The are also known individually by our administrative staff so they fill at home in our practice. This is not a high stress practice with intense demands by management. However we are expanding, needing an associate to help with the existing load of dental patients and allow for continued expansion at the same time as senior dentist will be cutting back on his schedule. We are a Family General Dentistry practice located in Gladstone, a northern suburb of Kansas City, Missouri. We provide general and restorative dental services from fillings to root canals. We also offer a wide range of cosmetic dentistry options to help our patients achieve a smile they will be proud to show off. We are a Fee for Service practice, and are a preferred provider with only one insurance plan, Delta Dental Premier. We submit to insurance for our patients. Because our practice has long been established in the community and has been serviced by senior doctor for many years, the practice is well known and recognized in the community. Our practice has been recognized as the “Best Dentist in the Northland” region for the past 20 years.
Our doctors are trained in all aspects of dental treatment including endodontics, orthodontics, implant, laser and complex care restorations. Patients appreciate being able to receive almost all services within our office without multiple referrals. With these treatments being provided in house it provides the opportunity for an associate to be able to expand one’s experience in all of these procedures.
We see patients of all ages and our patients are very loyal and appreciate the total care they receive to keep them healthy. We see 80-90 new patients a month with 40-50% of these being from direct referrals.
The practice focuses on the Wellness of our patients with a Wellness Program and this program has evolved into a very busy hygiene department. Our staff have been here for many years resulting in highly skilled personnel in all areas of the office. We see patients of all ages.
We are seeking an associate who is open to all the phases of treatment. Ie.. planning to do routine endodontic treatment, diagnosing of implant treatment, restorations of implants. Willingness to do or learn orthodontics and get training if needed. The associate must reflect the level of care and good communication that has set this office apart from other practices in the area. We are looking for an associate who will establish a relationship and consistency of care with patients seen. With our patient referral program an associate can quickly build regular patients.
